  Lori the manage was there and she made it a terrible experience, but I understand she's gone now. It's still horrible there. Every time I get an order, it's either wrong or ruined in some way. Last time I got a chocolate shake, it was almost half shamrock shake too. Asked for a burger minus pickles, got one minus onions with extra pickles. Order a bagel sandwich, get a bagel with blackened edges so it tastes like crap. They just cannot get it right.

  Have been to this location about 5 times.. This is the first time they actually got our order right. The cashier was also talking bad about the manager Chris. But little does the cahier Know, it looks like Chris is trying to keep together a crew that doesn't want to work Or help. The cashier than asked me; "What kind of Carmel Frappé do you want?" 'Carmel of Mocha"... What? Well anyway she kept messing up and Chris was doing his absolute best, to be in the kitchen making orders and multitasking. Was never rude to me or any of the employees.
  Never stop their when you are in a hurry.
